Telemedicine Guidelines have changed effective 7/19/21..

Effective July 19, 2021 Telemedicine Guidelines have changed. Patients are required to be seen in the office for their Monthly Medication Refills. We are still  taking every action possible to protect our patients, our clinical staff and the community from COVID-19.  We continue to require that all patients, staff and visitors wear an appropriate face covering in our office regardless of their vaccination status. .  We have resumed doing medically necessary procedures and seeing patients in the office. If you are exhibiting any Covid-19 symptoms or have been exposed to Covid-19 we ask that you contact the office prior to your appointment and our Providers will determine if a Telemedicine Visit can be scheduled. If the determination is made that a Telemedicine visit is appropriate you will follow the directions below:
